Israel Perry

Founder and chairman.

 

Israel Perry was born in 1942 in the Krakow ghetto, Poland, and immigrated to Israel in 1950.

Israel Perry completed his high school education in the Science High School in Haifa, as a student in the military academy.

He did his military service in the 13th Golani Regiment, between the years 1960 and 1963, as a platoon commander in the academy.   During a border patrol in the Gaza Strip he was wounded, sustaining a permanent disability of 10%.

He completed his law studies in 1967  in the Tel Aviv branch of Jerusalem University, completing his articles at the law firm of Porat, Asher and Hagin.  Simultaneously with his law studies Israel Perry worked as a deputy department head in a trust company  of Bank Leumi.

On completing his studies, Israel Perry opened an independent law practice in 1969.

Israel Perry established the Organization for the Implementation of the Social Security Treaty Israel-W. Germany ("the German Pension") in 1983, over the course of that decade (in 1986) bringing about the establishment of BGA and BGF (the affiliated companies).
